সফলভাবে অর্ডার হবার পর কোন রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
যদি অর্ডার না হয়ে পেমেন্ট হয়ে যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে নেওয়া যাবে।
কোন প্রডাক্ট রিটার্নের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যার্থ হলে ক্রেতাকে উক্ত মূল্য রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবহারের সময় যদি কোনো ত্রুটি বা সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, সেক্ষেত্রে সমস্যার সমাধানের জন্য আমরা সর্বোচ্চ তিন (৩) কর্মদিবসের সময় নিতে পারি। গ্রাহক প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে এই শর্তে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
রিফান্ড এর ক্ষেত্রে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘন্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে। (bKash Online Payment) এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের রিফান্ড শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে, সাধারণত ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকে।
রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
কাস্টমারের ইচ্ছাশক্তির পরিবর্তন সহ যে কোন ধরনের রিফান্ডের জন্য কাস্টমারকে গেটওয়ে, সার্ভিস এবং ব্যাংক চার্জ বাবদ তাকে ১০% খরচ বহন করতে হবে। ১০% রেখে বাকীটাকা ফেরৎ পাবেন।
No refunds will be applicable after successful order placement.
If payment is made without order, refund will be applicable.
